Data controller

The controller of your personal data is C4PL Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (C4PL Limited Liability Company), registered office at ul. What we collect

Contact and quote-request forms: your e-mail address (required) and, optionally, your first name, phone number and message. If you send an enquiry from the calculator, we attach the settings you chose (number of users, plan, add-ons). That is data about the enquiry, not about you.

Technical data: IP address and browser information, processed to protect the forms against bots and kept in server logs.

Usage data collected by Google Analytics: described below.

Advertising performance data: if you reached this site from a Google ad, we record the ad click identifier so we know which ad led to the contact.

Why, and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and handle sales contact: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in conducting correspondence (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

To protect the forms against automated abuse and keep the site secure: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Statistics and site improvement (Google Analytics): your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Advertising performance measurement and marketing (Google Ads): your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Who processes the data

Cloudflare, Inc.: site hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and the Turnstile service that checks whether a form is filled in by a human.

MailerSend (Mailerlite, UAB): delivery of the e-mail carrying your enquiry.

Google Ireland Limited: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and then for the limitation period of any related claims.

Statistical data in Google Analytics is subject to the retention periods configured in that service.

Ad click data is stored by Google Ads under the retention periods configured in that service.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it or restrict its processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.

You can withdraw your consent to analytics and to marketing cookies at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The site uses Google Analytics 4, which stores cookies in your browser and identifies sessions so we can see aggregate visit statistics.

Cloudflare Turnstile may store a technical cookie required to verify that a form is filled in by a human.

If you accept marketing cookies, Google Ads stores files that let us see that a contact came from an ad, and that allow our ad to be shown to you on other sites.

We do not sell data and we make no automated decisions about you that produce legal effects.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies does not affect how the site works.

Providing your data

Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we cannot reply to an enquiry sent through the form.
